2. Visiting our website
When you visit our website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and information about your browser and operating system. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes or to meet legal obligations.
3. Contact and callback requests
If you contact us by email, telephone or through the callback form, we process the contact details you provide and the content of your enquiry in order to respond and, where appropriate, arrange a callback. For enquiries about a possible contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless legal retention duties or other legitimate reasons require us to keep it.
4. Job applications
If you apply by email, we process the contact details and application documents you provide solely for the application process. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the process has ended, we delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no legal obligations or legitimate claims require us to keep it. If possible, please do not send particularly sensitive information that is not needed for your application.
5. Cookies and your choice
Our website stores your cookie choice under “medsystemConsentV2” in your browser’s local storage for six months. This is necessary so that we can respect your decision (Section 25(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KGKQW4XN23), an analytics service provided by Google. Usage information, device and browser data, and identifiers in cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_*” may be processed. We use these reports to understand how our website is used. The Analytics script is loaded only after you agree; it remains disabled if you reject it. The legal basis for consent is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Web fonts from a Google WebFont service and Adobe Fonts are used to display our website.
